the beginNing...

We started humbly but with a grand plan: To create the finest restaurant with a family atmosphere and down home cooking.  From our beginning in Ridgeland SC, in 1996, and then moved to Walterboro in 1999. We've grown and grown and exploded to this point where you're reading this right now and probably salivating.

Our secret? It's not one, admittedly. The best ingredients is a big part. An unrelenting love for steaks, ribs, shrimp and chicken wings is the other big part. Between one of those , we think we pretty much have it covered.
